‘Nothing builds the mind and body quite like martial arts’. We learn to strike with hands and feet. We learn to take down, control and submit our opponent. We learn to move for attack and defence.
‘Ancient wisdom mixed with scientific knowledge’. We learn to mobilize the body from head to toe. We learn to balance our body and build our posture. We learn to regulate the breath to self regulate our nervous system.
‘Civilize the mind, but make savage the body’. We learn to build strength, build muscle and build endurance. We learn to build power and build stamina to meet any challenge we might have.
Some clients want the full range of what we offer, all five pillars of the methodology. Others want to train a specific pillar, for example qi gong for health and longevity or martial arts for self confidence and sense of achievement.
